About
By training I am a professional supervisor (STOry) and organisational consultant (FINOD), and I am completing a PhD in philosophy of religion at the University of Helsinki, at the Centre of Excellence in Meliorist Philosophy of Suffering. I work together with the Dialogic network.
For twenty years I have worked in demanding expert and leadership roles, both in Finland and internationally — particularly in Asia.
My approach is grounded in dialogue, participation, learning from difference, and advancing equality.
Writing
I write about leadership from a slightly different angle — everything that surrounds leadership work and gives it meaning. The pieces draw on philosophy, art, theology, and anything else that has helped me understand leadership more deeply.
Each piece also carries a practical angle. New writing every two weeks.
